Linking refers to the mechanism for connecting work orders (production instructions) and purchase orders created for a sales order. Reservation is a function that allocates the required raw materials to a specific work order and prevents those materials from being taken for other sales orders.

Feature Overview

• Linking: Create documents while linking them together and track the entire process at a glance.

Starting from a sales order created in SAP Business One, you can directly create Beas Manufacturing work orders and SAP Business One purchase orders while maintaining the links between them. The created links are organized hierarchically in the Work Order Structure. This allows you to instantly check the entire flow from sales order to procurement without the need to manually search for individual documents.

 

• Reservation (allocation): Secure the required raw materials by allocating them to a specific work order.

Once a reservation is completed, an icon is displayed next to the raw material in the Work Order Structure, and its issue for other work orders is blocked. This prevents materials from being taken for other orders on a first-come, first-served basis on the shop floor.
