Still-XBIK is the solution which forcefully promotes data sharing through the integration of "Still" of ILI Corporation and "Xceisius" of SAP Corporation.
Using Excel 2007 as the database tool, Still controls Find, Extract and Process powerfully, writes the data in Excel sheet maximum in 1000000 rows and passes it on to Xcelsius which supports management dashboard yesterday. In this way, it functions as BI tool.
Still-X BIK which can be used in a simple manner reduces the burden of the clients even in cost aspect. In this sense, it can be considered that it has excellent compatibility with SAP Business One which is an integrated ERP package for small and medium enterprises.

Collection/ reduction of data
Existing reports are collected and the data obtained from these reports is evaluated and classified to break it down into patterns according to the purpose and vital data items

Interview for analysis needs
Existing data which is broken down into patterns is divided into relevant data and irrelevant data and the data that needs to be added is thoroughly distinguished.

Management related points/Freshness analysis
Analysis of management related points includes defining the management related points (For example, region, client, item no. etc.), management items (Such as sales volume, cost, budget, profit rate etc.) and summing them up in 2 dimensional table for both the parties.

Freshness analysis is to determine [Capture precision] and [Storage freshness] in case of the relevant management items.
[Capture freshness] means exactly when to consider the data the latest.

Study of DWH common layout (Transaction data)
