■Example for introduction of production control system TPiCS

Client's profile
Company F is the Automobile manufacturer expanding its business at global level having its headquarters in Japan.

Client's needs
Client's plant was established in Gurgaon, India with the advancement of the parent automobile company in India.
The urgent need was to train the Indian staff in the plant and introduce production control system which is used in the components plant.

Background of introduction
Standard production control system of overseas plant adopted by this client is TPiCS.
The package to be implemented was decided. As the vendor who can introduceTPiCS in India was found, it was decided to entrust this job to our Indian partner, Inooga Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
After Lehman's fall, the project was kept stalled for a while. As Indian economy has been restored to normalcy suddenly, the need arose to re-start this project suddenly and carry forward with the operations in 3 months duration.

introduction details
Manuals (Japanese version, English version) on the introduction of TPiCS were prepared already in detail for company F, Inooga consultant came to Japan and the procedures/manual was briefed to him. Later, the Production control consultant of F company and Inooga consultant introduced TPiCS in India. Later Inooga consultant provided training to Indian staff and started with Go-live operation.
On continuing with onsite support for several times in a month for a duration of 2 months, system is being operated currently by HelpDesk and application maintenance contract.
