Eversince industrial revolution, the invention of human race emulated the
human kind.
Mankind As appropriately predicted by Norbert Wiener in his [Theory of
Human mechanism], mankind has developed the computers by copying the supreme
human being, in other words, by modeling the human brain.
Further, this computer is connected to a well developed network and it
resulted in the formation of today’s flattened world.
On the other hand, when it comes to this flattened world , the happenings
in one country are instantaneously conveyed all over the world in the same
way as the title “The Age of Turbulence" given by Alan Greenspan to
his autobiography .
It is sufficient to think of[Lehman's fal] in September, 2008 whn it comes
to the uncertain era when the shock is on the increase.
While the economic development in emerging nations being overlooked, unfortunately,
the biggest concern in Europe and the United States is [Japanization] It
requires time to liquidate the negative legacy and we are hearing about
stagnation in economic development. Let us stop wondering if [Economic
development], in this case, is good or bad.
Whatever it may be, if we take in to consideration that we can do nothing
but expect the industries to put in efforts individually without depending
on the overall system of political economy in order to live through this
period of time, we also feel what kind of help and contribution need to
be offered in order to ensure that Japan industry survives through this
difficult period of time.
